As with most diet plans, the low calorie diet plan also has an exercise component. I have tried exercises in the past, and have given them up. The best scenario is to exercise on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but if you happen to miss a day you can exercise on the next one. It’s better to be flexible and change the days than to miss your workouts.

I have a friend who must be the sweetest, shyest person in the world. His name is brittle and ancient (Luke), his age modestly intermediate (forty).
