Panic attacks or the very problem of panic disorder is one that is always evoked by tension, stress, unhealthy living. These things form an indirect relationship with the problem of panic attacks. A lot of people must have told you that panic attacks are a physical expression of the fear that engulfs a person. It is very true. However it is only a tensed and unrelieved mind that allows these fears to grow. Hence, keeping a free and relaxed mind is very integral part of panic attack cure.
To have a free and peaceful mind, one needs to live a healthy lifestyle and adopt habits that are right. For instance, people who sleep late at night and get up late in the morning or rather noon are likely to stay dull and low throughout the day. Similarly, people who work day in and day out are likely to get stressed and stress leads to tension and thus, increases your vulnerability towards panic disorders. One should adopt healthier habits like yoga and meditation. Both yoga and meditation relaxes the mind as well as the body. Similarly, exercising is yet another way of keeping fit in general. Lastly, eating right is also important.
Let me clarify it to you yet again that tension and stress does not cause panic disorder. They just take away from you the mental capability that is required and is mandatory to fight with panic disorder.
