The father of my child does not seem to have time to spend with his son, so I do not feel that he should be able to come around whenever he wants to. After discussing this with my lawyer, she suggested that I look into setting up some type of TX child custody. I have to agree with her on this one, so we are going to start the process and get all the necessary paperwork filed with the courts.
